Customer Care

Although impossible to predict the future, ignoring obvious foundation cracks or signs of water leakage such as efflorescence, mold, dampness or mildew prior to renovating or finishing a basement could cost you much more down the road in repairs, water damage and most importantly your health. It is a well known fact that mold is a contributing factor in the development of asthma, bronchitis and other respiratory problems.

Being proactive is the best step you can take in trying to avoid potential water damage and costly repairs after your basement has been finished. PCS would be happy to come out to your home and inspect the area to be finished or renovated. We would explain what we are looking for as we go along and point out any evidence of a potential problem. We would then consult with you based on our inspection and make any suggestions at that time. We can also offer advice on ways in which to alleviate the buildup of surface water that can drain down along foundation walls causing dampness, moisture and eventually water to enter the basement. Should there be need for a repair, a written estimate can be provided.

All of our repairs are done by the owner or are owner supervised, giving you comfort in knowing the job will be done right. The utmost care is taken during all repairs to insure your personal belongings are protected from materials used during the job, dust, debris, etc. For larger repairs such as interior or exterior drainage systems, PCS will consult with you on the best way to proceed with the repair, so as to minimize any inconvenience to you and your family.

We also realize the busy schedules our customers have today, be it family, work or social functions and how valuable time is. For that reason we strive to accommodate our customers' schedules as best we can by being flexible. This allows us to book appointments from early morning hours to late evenings if necessary, 7days a week.
