All of our repairs are done by the owner or are owner supervised giving you comfort in knowing the job will be done right!

At PCS we believe the best way to understand a customer’s needs, provide information and recommend suitable, appropriate and cost effective solutions to their basement water leakage problems is through consultation.

During our consultation we will gather information, discuss your issues, answer any questions you may have with regards to how our repairs are performed, approximate costs involved, how long the job will take and schedule an
inspection if necessary in order to provide an accurate estimate.

In some cases PCS can give estimates directly over the phone for common problems and then follow up with a written estimate to confirm all that was discussed.
